Ngoc Anh is a hydrogeologist with expertise in groundwater flow modeling, recharge estimation, hydraulic analysis, and climate change impact assessment with uncertainty analysis. She has worked on hydrological and groundwater modeling projects in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. Ngoc Anh holds a Master’s in Water Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand and is currently completing a PhD at the Technical University of Dresden, Germany.
