Nguyen Phuong Chi
Chi has 25 years of experience in economics and finance, including 15 years leading ICEM’s financial management team. She has played a central role in developing ICEM’s financial systems and managing over 100 projects funded by major donors including the World Bank, ADB, GIZ, DFAT, and the UN—each requiring strong fiduciary oversight and technical capacity. Prior to joining ICEM, Chi served as Grant Administrator and Acting Deputy Finance Manager at Save the Children International in Vietnam. She holds a Master’s in Finance and Banking from the National Economics University in Hanoi.
