Nguyen Phuong Thao
Thao is ICEM’s lead project coordinator, bringing 20 years of experience managing development projects funded by multilateral and bilateral organizations. She oversees contract management, workflow coordination, resource monitoring, logistics, documentation, and communications. Thao has coordinated projects across water supply, urban resilience, disaster risk reduction, climate adaptation, and landscape restoration in the Asia-Pacific. She holds a Bachelor’s in International Business Economics from the University of Foreign Trade.
