Nguyen Thi Luyen
Luyen has 15 years of experience in project coordination, environmental impact assessment, and program management. For the past decade, she has worked with ICEM, contributing to a range of regional development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked with World Vision, Save the Children, and CONEMUND, a Spanish NGO focused on poverty alleviation. Luyen holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
