To support planning and early warning across the full range of ICEM competencies including climate change, energy, water, biodiversity, integrated assessments and disaster risk reduction, ICEM specialists have engaged in developing innovative Decision Support Systems (DSS). DSS’s are web-based tools that visualize data, and can be easily manipulated by user groups.
