Christopher Butler

Christopher is a sociologist, writer, and communications specialist with more than 20 years of experience in environmental and development research. His work spans South Asia, South America, and Central Asia, with a focus on water, forestry, transboundary landscapes, climate adaptation, and the human dimensions of environmental policy. He earned his PhD in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
