Rath Phanna

Phanna is a geospatial specialist with over nine years of experience in GIS, remote sensing, and web-based decision-support systems. He has led the development of M&E-focused WebGIS platforms and centralized databases to support data-driven planning across sectors including agriculture, sustainable land management, and water resources. Phanna brings strong technical skills in spatial analysis, WebGIS, and GIS server-side applications, with a focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights for government and development partners. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Land Management and Land Administration from the University of Agriculture in Phnom Penh.
