Loc Lan Huong

Huong is a finance and administration professional with over 10 years of experience in international NGOs and development organizations. An ACCA member with a bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of South Australia, she has supported multimillion-dollar projects funded by donors such as USAID, EU, DFAT, BMGF, and GIZ. Her expertise spans programme finance, donor compliance, grants management, and partner capacity building. Committed to equity and inclusive leadership, Huong combines technical skills with cross-cultural experience to strengthen systems, ensure accountability, and support impactful programme delivery across diverse sectors.
