Thai Vathara

Vathara is a civil engineer with 25 years of experience working across the public and private sectors, as well as with international development organizations. His technical background spans road and bridge construction in Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Sudan, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. He has also served as a climate change and infrastructure expert for the ADB SPCR Climate Resilience Strategy and Cambodia’s Agroecological Landscape Restoration project. Vathara holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Science in Civil Engineering.
