Helene is an Urban Resilience Specialist with 7 years of experience in managing and designing social infrastructure projects across Asia, Europe, and Africa. She has assisted local governments and supported urban and rural development initiatives, contributing to projects that integrate bioclimatic design, low-carbon strategies, and nature-based elements to enhance resilience and well-being. She holds two Master’s degrees, one in Structural Engineering from Imperial College London, UK, and a second in Architecture from ENSAB in Rennes, France.
