Felix Seebacher
Felix is a water professional with 35 years of experience, specializing in hydrology, disaster risk management, and food security under climate change—particularly in Southeast Asia. He has worked extensively in both rural and urban contexts, applying technical and policy solutions across multiple sectors. Felix holds a Master’s and PhD in Groundwater Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an MSc in Water Resources Management and Sanitary Engineering from the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences, Vienna.
