Le Xuan Minh

Minh is an accountant specializing in the tax and accounting requirements of social enterprises and NGOs. He has six years of experience working with government and the private sector in the United States, and five years as part of the ICEM finance team supporting budget management for our projects in Asia and the Pacific. Minh holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University, New York City.
