Mai has two decades of experience in administration, finance, coordination, and project operations for international development initiatives across Asia and the Pacific. She has worked with projects funded by the World Bank, ADB, USAID, DFAT, GIZ, and others. Mai holds a Master’s in Business Administration from North Central University (USA), a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the National Economics University (Vietnam), and a Bachelor’s in English from Vietnam National University.
