Miguel Coulier

Miguel holds a Master’s degree in Conflict and Development Studies and brings over 15 years of experience in disaster risk reduction, community resilience, humanitarian response, governance, and gender. Over the past decade, he has led technical teams across Asia and the Pacific under ICEM’s project portfolio. His expertise includes policy analysis, advocacy, project design and management, capacity development, monitoring and evaluation, and research. Before joining ICEM, Miguel worked with the United Nations Development Programme, CARE Vietnam, and the Belgian Technical Cooperation.
