Monireth Toy

Monireth is a seasoned facilitator and project coordinator with two decades of experience supporting stakeholder engagement and logistics for development initiatives in Cambodia. She has organized high-level forums, workshops, and field visits for the Mekong River Commission, UN agencies, international and local NGOs, government ministries, and provincial networks across multiple sectors. Monireth currently coordinates the DFAT Resilient Urban Centres and Surrounds (RUCAS) Project and the MRC/GIZ Joint Project in the 3S Sub-Basin. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Vanda Institute of Accounting, Phnom Penh.
