Huong is a senior accountant and treasurer specializing in the tax and accounting requirements of private and social enterprises, and NGOs. She has twenty-four years’ experience working in the public and private sectors in Viet Nam, and fourteen years of that as part of the ICEM finance team supporting budget management for our projects in Asia and the Pacific. Huong holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Ha Noi National Economics University, Hanoi.
