Nguyen Thi Nga
Nga brings 15 years of experience in program and project management as ICEM’s Head of Operations, overseeing activities across Asia and the Pacific. She has a background in transport, community development, and environmental management, starting her career on the Ho Chi Minh Highway construction project and UNIDO’s Women Entrepreneurship Program in central Vietnam. Nga served as operations coordinator for the MRC’s Strategic Environmental Assessment of Mekong hydropower and coordinated the ADB SEA in Quang Nam that led to the protection of free-flowing sections of the Vu Gia–Thu Bon river system. A qualified accountant, she has since managed the operations of numerous regional projects.
