Phuong provides administrative and logistics support for international and national development projects across Asia. Over the past five years, she has supported initiatives funded by the World Bank, JICA, GIZ, and other donors. Phuong holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand.
