Nguyen Xuan Dao

Dao is a water and climate specialist with over 15 years of experience in oceanography, hydrodynamic modeling, disaster risk assessment, and climate adaptation. He applies advanced numerical modeling to support practical solutions for flood resilience, early warning systems, and coastal protection in vulnerable regions. Dao holds a master’s degree in Disaster Preparedness, Mitigation, and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
