Peter-John Meynell
Peter-John is a biodiversity and water resources specialist with 30 years of field experience across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Africa. He has led and contributed to projects on wetland and catchment management, biodiversity assessments, and sustainable energy planning. He has served as team leader and natural resources specialist on numerous Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs), and played a key role in the development and training of the Rapid Basin-wide Hydropower Sustainability Assessment Tool (RSAT). Peter-John holds an MSc in Water Resources Management from the University of London, an MSc in Agricultural Extension from the University of Reading, and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Oxford University. He is currently completing a PhD at the University of Edinburgh.
