Pham Thi Lan

Lan is a finance and accounting professional with over 17 years of experience in international and donor-funded environments. Before her current role, she worked with organizations such as GIZ, SNV, PATH, etc., supporting project finance, budget monitoring, and donor reporting. She has hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, compliance, and finance. Her experience reflects a fairly balanced understanding of both international grant management and Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, internal control processes, and also provides practical tax advisory support to SMEs on VAT, CIT, and local regulatory matters.
