Richard Cooper

Richard is an environmental specialist and international project manager with 20 years of experience across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Central America, Australia, and the UK. He is an expert in environmental informatics, GIS, climate change adaptation, and marine and coastal management. Richard has led the development of ICEM’s web-based Decision Support Systems. He holds a PhD in Environmental Studies from Macquarie University and an MSc in Marine and Fisheries Science from the University of Aberdeen.
