Objectives, Activities and Results ICEM played a key role in operationalizing the NSFH by developing an NbS and biodiversity framework and setting eligibility criteria for project financing. The team conducted enabling environment assessments in target countries to identify necessary policy reforms. ICEM also contributed to building a pipeline of viable NbS projects through collaboration with ADB sector teams and partners, offering technical support and quality assurance to align projects with sustainability standards. Additionally, ICEM supported the establishment of the Hub’s governance structure, provided fund management support, and delivered communication and knowledge products to elevate ADB’s engagement in NbS financing across Asia and the Pacific.
