Report – Integrating Strategic Environmental Assessment Power Planning (project ADB TA- SEA of the GMS PDP)

The report was created for the project SEA of the Hydropower Master Plan in the context of the Power Development Plan VI to gain the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) study and be successful in developing the SEA recommendations for integrating elements of energy security and access, energy balances and climate change planning.
